Not sure what to wear over the weekend? Leave it to the professional. Stylist Rabecca Araoz of Tailored Tantrums brings us three outfits that any fresh lady could rock over the weekend.
I’ve fallen in love with the new wide-brimmed fedoras. I’m apologizing now if you see me wearing it a lot this spring. It just brings so much style to any look. I can’t get enough. Also if you like these XEVANA cuffs, you like appreciate their customer service even more. Xevana has all their jewelry made in Singapore so if your patient and believe me its well worth the 3 weeks wait. However when I finally received my bracelets a stone was missing. Once I contacted them they were nice enough to send over replacement stones and another cuff. Now that’s awesome!!
How do you feel about a Bermuda short? Typically the Bermuda shorts hem is around 1 inch above the knee. This trend you will be seeing more of this spring and possibly in a baggier version. Most of my shopping is done on-line because of its convenience however I can’t describe the frustration when a garment doesn’t fit properly. These Isabel Marant pants originally were tapered at the ankles and baggy around the waist. Unless you’re a 6ft model these gave me an upside down pear shape. Not exactly what I was going for. However not wanting to part with them just yet and loving the leather straps around the waist I chose to alter them into something I felt will work for spring…wah-la…the Bermuda short!
One of my favorite colors to wear is green, and Olive Green has been quite the staple color for spring on the runways. Designers like Alberta Ferretti & Ralph Lauren have styled it in so many versatile ways from utility jumpsuits that are edgy to camouflaged lace that is feminine and sweet. This hue can be worn for any occasion or by simply adding just a few pops of olive here and there. My look was styled a bit more casual with accents of blush to break up the color.
