With summer coming around and the beginning of regular season games about to be played at Petco, baseball fans are getting ready for all of the fun, food, and drinks to be had. Although there’s plenty things that make San Diego so amazing, there’s almost nothing better than day-turning-into-evening at the ballpark—the Padres, the crowd, the sunset beyond the Coronado Bridge, the best craft beer in the nation and the immense number of restaurants, food carts, and eateries spread throughout Petco Park. By the time you’re singing “Take Me Out to The Ballgame,” we’re sure you’ll have found something to satisfy all your cravings in one place.
When You Need a Good Sub
Location: Toyota Terrace, Section 207
With three locations in Petco Park, you can’t miss out on the newly added Board & Brew Restaurant on the first and second level. Offering a menu full of delicious sandwiches like the incredible Turkado with turkey breast, jack cheese and mayo topped with avocado, onion, tomato and lettuce on sourdough bread.

Miguel’s Cocina
Location: Field Level, Section 104
Miguel’s Cocina is a favorite for San Diego-Mexican style cuisine. Miguel’s Cocina has fans and foodies alike lining up for the Surf N’ Turf Burrito, their San Diego Padres special. Loaded with carne asada, shrimp, salsa, French fries, served wet with cheese and topped with sour cream and guacamole. Prepare yourself for this full pound of deliciousness.
Always Time for Tuna
Bumble Bee Seafood Cart

Bumble Bee Tuna brings us the Bumble Bee Seafood Cart in section 119. Hosting a delightful menu of ultra-fresh poke items, including Tuna Melts and seafood salad. This delightful combo is sure to please any seafood palate!
Did Someone Say Bacon Burgers?
Location: Field Level, Section 131
Look down any aisle at a Padre game and you’re sure to see two things—beer and Hodad’s burgers in the hands of many! An SD locals’ favorite, Hodad’s is a great spot to grab some grub before the game. Order anything on the menu from one of their five locations in the stadium, and you won’t be disappointed, but more daring folks order the Double Bacon Burger; it’s huge!
We Heart Pizza and Beer
Pizza Port
Location: Field Level, Section 121
Almost as typical a sight as the hot dogs and Cracker Jacks of Petco is the pizza from Pizza Port. With four locations to grab a slice (or three!) of San Diego’s favorite pie, you’re sure to enjoy your order—especially if you pair your pizza with a brew.
Catch Some Air
Locations: Western Metal Building Rooftop and Field Level, Section 119
With two locations offering a variety of menu items, you can’t go wrong with hitting up either of the Rimel’s within Petco, but of course our fave is the new rooftop venue. Located high atop the Western Metal Building, this area often boasts live music and a party atmosphere. While known for their rotisserie chicken, the Surfer Burrito is also to die for—with rotisserie chicken, black beans and garlic and is sure to please any food aficionado.
Eat Italian Between Innings
Buona Forchetta
Locations: Field Level Mercado, Section 104
Buona Forchetta, a San Diego favorite, is bringing their signature Neapolitan pizzas to Petco Park this season. They’ve even installed a brand new wood-fired oven to serve their traditional and delicious pizzas, by the slice or whole. They’ll also serve other Italian cuisines like gelato and Italian wines.
Fresh San Diego Seafood? Yes, Please!
Blue Water Seafood Market & Grill
Locations: Field Level, Section 117
Owners of Blue Water Grill have called their new presence in Petco Park “a dream come true,” according to Channel 10 News, and with their delicious, locally-sourced seafood dishes, Padre’s fans will soon agree. At their Section 117 location, they will serve fish tacos and sandwiches, while their Section 220 location will offer an expanded menu complete with clam chowder, poke and sashimi.
