Lavender & Honey (IG: @lh_espresso)

At Lavender & Honey, you can get a perfect cup of coffee and a delicious toast that has the aroma and taste of honey and lavender. We highly recommend pairing the French Lavender Breve with the Lavender and Honey Toast, which is topped with goat cheese, honey and lavender.

Craving for some delicious pancakes and coffee for breakfast? Lincoln is the ideal spot to stop by and savor some delicious strawberry pancakes; if you’re lucky, you may sometimes even find special pancakes on the menu! Order your food at the counter and find an empty table to sit and read a book or converse with a friend while you wait for your breakfast to be ready.

Sugarfish by Sushi Nozawa

On a hot summer noon, we recommend you try some sushi for lunch. Head over to Sugarfish to sample some of the cutest rolls in town! Our recommendations are the salmon roll and the uni roll.

Cafe Santorini

Here is another choice for a lunch spot. This enchanting and upscale restaurant not only offers indoor seating, but also outdoor rooftop seating that overlooks the Old Pasadena’s One Colorado Plaza. This spot is also perfect for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. In fact, we celebrated one of Justine’s birthdays here!

Carmela Ice Cream

This is one of our favorite ice cream parlors in all of Los Angeles! You might have seen us feature Carmela in one of our previous blog entries or on Instagram. Why do we love this place so much? From salted caramel to lavender honey to strawberry buttermilk, there isn’t a flavor we don’t like!

The Royce Wood Fired-Steakhouse

The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse features the finest selection of USDA Prime Cuts, Australian Wagyu and authentic Japanese Kobe Beef, all expertly prepared over a wood-fired grill. Want to take an Instagram-friendly photo? Try taking a photo of the steak tartare, which is flavored with harissa and capers, and served with tabasco vinaigrette, house-made potato chips, raw quail egg yolk and Worcestershire aioli.

La Grande Orange Café

If you are looking for a family style restaurant, La Grande Orang Café is the place to dine at. Their menu consists of many of the dishes that are often found in other restaurants. What differentiates them from other restaurants is that all of their dishes are made from fresh ingredients and they provide exceptional service. We highly recommend the grilled salmon, which is cooked to absolute perfection.
