Felice Kinnear
Felice Kinnear is from New Zealand where she draws inspiration from the exotic landscape, authentic textures and the adventurous nature of her fellow kiwis. Growing up in "the land of the long white cloud," she became fascinated by revealing beauty in unexpected places through photography.
Finishing her Media Arts degree in 2005, she pushed her artistic envelope by moving to England and found it was the doorway to 100 worlds and cultures.
After exploring Europe, she became captivated with the power music as a universal language. With a suitcase full of inspiration and ideas, she moved to California to start her own business in live portrait and fashion photography. Her first shoot was for Kofi Baker, son of Ginger Baker from Cream, which opened a door to work with L.A's musical elite.
Her work has been published in Cosmopolitan, Fine, Ranch and Coast, Black Page Drumming, Rancho Santa Fe Review, Del Sol magazine and Locale. Photos featuring The Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC's Chris Slade, Ginger Baker, Stevie Winwood, Train, Armani, Versace, Halston Heritage and Nicole Miller.
