Monday

Prior to hitting the road to my practice in Palm Springs, I take a class at LIT Method because I believe starting the week with fitness sets the tone for a successful week. Once in Palm Springs, I don’t leave without grabbing a bite to eat at Trio; make sure you get the Soy Ceviche!

Tuesday

Tuesday is an intense surgery day in Beverly Hills beginning at 4 a.m. as I prepare for a full day of foot and ankle surgeries. I’m usually wiped out by the end of the day, but every other week I make sure to get a cupping massage at my spa, The Spa On Rodeo, to release the tension in my back from standing. I like to follow my massage with a date night with my husband at one of my favorite restaurants, like Raffi’s Place in Glendale.

Wednesday

I start Wednesday off with an hour of lifting weights with my trainer, Kenny Johnson. I then proceed for a full morning of business and PR meetings for The High Heel Doc and The Spa On Rodeo. I always get lunch at my favorite Beverly Hills establishment, The Grill on the Alley.

Thursday

Thursday morning starts off with Angela’s spin class at SoulCycle West Hollywood. This cannot be missed! After a full day at the office, my husband and I usually drop by to support a charity function. One of my favorite charities is Vanderpump Dogs.

Friday

The morning starts with a quick yoga session and then I see patients until mid-day. From there, I drive to help my nephews with batting practice and spend quality time with my family. Friday evenings are spent trying out one of the many amazing restaurants in town; my current favorite is Gracias Madre.

Saturday

I try to sleep in on Saturday mornings and then make my way to the beach for a bike ride from Santa Monica to Venice. And then grab brunch at my favorite Marina Del Rey spot, L.A. Gastronomy. Saturday evenings are standing date night with my husband, we usually like to do a comedy show or concert.

Sunday

Sundays we like to head to the farmers market on Larchmont and then meal prep for the week. We close out the week with a cheat night of Thai food and catching up on our favorite Sunday night shows.
