Some of Santa Monica’s Greatest Restaurants Will Make a Splash on October 1 OFF THE HOOK Seafood Festival

In celebration of National Seafood Month, the second annual OFF THE HOOK Seafood Festival will return to the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday, Oct. 1—and is sure to make a splash! The Festival will raise funds for the Westside Food Bank, which distributes nearly four million pounds of food to Westside social service agencies annually. The Festival also aims to raise awareness about sustainable seafood through the Aquarium of the Pacific’s Seafood for the Future program, which works to protect the environment and local fishing communities and offers ways to achieve stable seafood supplies.
OFF THE HOOK will bring together some of Los Angeles’ greatest chefs so that those attending can taste all that the city has to offer. Restaurants that will be participating include The Lobster, Del Frisco’s Grille, 1212 Santa Monica, Spinfish Poke, Sushi Roku, BOA, and more. Infuse Spirits, Boxed Water and La Croix are amongst other exhibits that will be present at the Seafood Festival as well. OFF THE HOOK Seafood Festival
Chef demonstrations, games, and live entertainment will contribute to the festivities, giving guests an experience to remember! Los Angeles lifestyle writer and tech marketer, Leila Najafi, will be the MC for this event, and is set to give an engaging performance. OFF THE HOOK Seafood Festival
Attendees have the option between a General Admission ticket—$60 in advance—and a VIP ticket—$90 in advance. The Little Fish General Admission pass includes delicious seafood tastings, drinks like beer and coffee, and main stage access to live music. The Big Fish VIP ticket gives guests access to Santa Monica Seafood’s Sustainable VIP Lounge (with FIG, Maré, Red O, Ashland Hill), wine, beer, Infuse Spirits’ crafted cocktails, seafood tastings, and main stage access.
