The Garland

What: Yoga with Live DJed Music
When: Thursday, September 15

For all you Metropolitans, we understand that sometimes even yoga sessions don’t guarantee concentration and serenity. Not to worry—The Sound Off Deep Flow Yoga event happening at The Garland in North Hollywood will certainly fulfill your zen needs! This outdoor yoga class is the perfect concoction of health and wellness that had all attendees obsessed the first time it was hosted in May. In honor of National Yoga Month in September, The Garland is bringing this one-of-a-kind experience back on September 15, for only $27, so be sure not to miss it! The class truly set itself apart from your standard yoga class as it combines traditional vinyasa yoga movements with live music that is dropped by an on-site DJ, and can only be heard through wireless, noise-isolating, three-channel headphones. With the multidimensional rhythms and beats, not only can you easily unleash your stress and elevate to your spiritual state, but you can also tone your muscles, and don’t forget the most important thing: get that booty in check!

The event will take place in Beverly Park, which The Garland recently added to its location. The beautiful landscaping makes it a hidden gem that is ideal for a “secret garden” ceremony, especially yoga. In addition to visual and sensational enjoyment, Sound Off Deep Flow Yoga will also serve refreshments for all yogis, ranging from vegetable crudité station, fresh fruit, a taco cart, agua frescas to specialty cocktails.
