Café Cup
5930 Warner Ave
Huntington Beach, CA 92649

Café Cup is a perfect little breakfast joint that nestled itself right into Huntington Beach after the success of their first location , the Coffee Cup Café in Long Beach. It has everything you look for in a quaint café, including a counter and outdoor seating to enjoy a little sunshine with your breakfast. Their menu is small, concise and on point; each and every dish is delicious and a crowd favorite. Although the entire menu is great, let’s talk about their eggs benedict. They serve a traditional style benny, made with two poached eggs that sit on crunchy English muffins and are topped with Canadian bacon and a creamy hollandaise sauce. Some say the trick to this dish is the sauce and if you agree with that theory then Café Cup will not disappoint. The creamy, smooth hollandaise is the star of the dish and can also be enjoyed on their eggs florentine or chorizo benedict. You can’t go wrong with any of these dishes; just make sure to ask for an extra side of sauce to drown your potatoes and you’re set.
