As kids, Hot Cheetos were the “it” chip! That glorious, albeit sometimes inconvenient red dust left on your fingers was the mark of satisfaction. Now, the Hot Cheetos brand has evolved from what it was in the ‘90s, and can be found in a variety of different dishes on the culinary spectrum. It seems that not a day goes by without spotting one of these concoctions on our Instagram feed, so we rounded up our eight favorite Hot Cheeto-filled meals to satisfy your spicy cravings.

Hot Cheetolote at El Raspadito

Elote, or Mexican corn on the cob, is traditionally prepared with epazote, layered with butter, creamy mayo, queso cotija and lime. At El Raspadito, they create it with one delicious twist—it’s powdered with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos instead of chili powder. This unique pairing not only makes for a fiery meal but also helps to create the ideal Hot Cheeto snap.

Cheeto-licious: You can order your Cheetolote with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos or regular Cheetos.

Native Knowledge: Cool down after your Hot Cheetolote with one of El Raspadito’s raspados.
