Orange County’s newest leading lady among the gourmet food truck scene is Kelly Gallagher, who has recently taken over the Baby’s Badass Burgers truck you may have seen strutting its hot pink charm around Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and more! Q: First and foremost, tell me about Baby’s Badass Burgers: what are you guys all about?
Kelly Gallagher: I can confidently say that our name truly speaks for itself. Our burgers are as “badass” as they come! We are all about providing our customers with delicious burgers, each served with a smile from our big pink truck by our “Burger Babes.”
Q: How did you get started with Baby’s Badass Burgers?
KG: Many times throughout the years I had thought to myself that it would be so much fun to run my own food truck. That idea sat in the back of my head for a long time while I was working my corporate job, but it never left. When I discovered the Baby’s Badass Burgers brand, I knew that it was time to follow my dream and I couldn’t be happier that I did.
Q: What are some hot items people can’t get enough of?
KG: Our “Bombshell” burger is definitely a game changer. It consists of our ½ lb Maneater burger sandwiched between two bacon grilled cheese sandwiches, topped with grilled onions and served with our Baby’s special sauce. We also have a “Classy Lady” burger with black truffles for when you’re feeling fancy, and an “All American Girl” if you’re in the mood for something classic.
Q: Do you have any unique items on your menu that other markets of Baby’s don’t have?
KG: Our menu has something for everyone. From veggie sliders to chili cheese fries, you’re sure to find something that will hit the spot.
