Pumpkin Cheesecake Waffle
Bruxie

The founders of Bruxie had the innovative idea of replacing bread in a sandwich with…you guessed it—a waffle. The Belgian style waffle sandwich concept was inspired by a trip to Belgium, where waffles are a particularly popular treat. Bruxie offers two types of waffles: the Brussels Waffle and the Liege Waffle. The Brussels Waffle is light and crisp—not sweet. It is used for their savory specials. The Liege Waffle falls on the sweet side, and this is what is used for their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake waffle. Decadent, delicious, and creative. The Belgians would be proud. Best Pumpkin Dishes in Orange

Native Knowledge: The Old Towne Orange location was Bruxie’s first ever location. They now have over five! Best Pumpkin Dishes in Orange
