Never ones to disappoint, Blue Man Group had its audience on its feet (many times) with its stellar performance, humorous interactions and endless sparks of creativity. While the musicality of the performance is both skillful and innovative, children can also enjoy how Blue Man Group uses comedy and humor to tell different stories. There’s also a chance to get called up onto the stage, have your voice used as a sound byte in one of the songs and even catch a few props! Needless to say, between the music, the lighting and the performers themselves, every audience member is guaranteed to crack a smile and tap their toes. Since its inception in 1987, Blue Man Group has become a household name in performance art, beloved for its whimsy, talent and comedy. From innovative, custom instruments (some out of common objects) to highlighting the humor of pure and simple body language, these artists have been able to utilize a common, universal language that audiences around the world have been able to enjoy.
