“Oh my goodness. I love our shredded beef and ranchero sauce. We make both in-house and it’s my go-to when I’m at a loss on what I want to eat. It’s quite a filling little snack, topped with sour cream and guacamole!” says Desiree Gomez, Coyote Grill general manager.
