2 | An Adrenaline Rush on the Incredicoaster Disneyland Reopened

Disney California Adventure’s newly reimagined Incredicoaster (the former California Screamin’ with an overlay featuring The Incredibles) offers all of the thrills you’ve been missing. This exhilarating coaster depicts a mad dash to catch Baby Jack-Jack as he wreaks havoc throughout this high-speed chase!

 

3 | A Trip to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Disneyland Reopened

This epic attraction officially opened in May 2019 and is one of Disneyland’s more recent additions, in a galaxy far, far away. You can explore this iconic nook of the park and take control of the fastest ship in the galaxy on the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Then join the Resistance in an epic battle against the First Order on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

 

4 | Snow White’s Enchanted Wish

Cherished attraction Snow White’s Scary Adventures has undergone a magical reimagination with all-new scenes, enhanced story details and shimmering effects that tell the story of this timeless fairytale. Now called Snow White’s Enchanted Wish, this Fantasyland attraction brings to life Snow White’s “happily ever after.”

 

5 | Roaming the All-New Avengers Campus

Guardians of the Galaxy–Mission: BREAKOUT! ó The exterior of The Collectorís Fortress shimmers as night falls at Disney California Adventure Park. The all-new attraction Guardians of the GalaxyñMission: BREAKOUT! will take guests through the Fortress of The Collector, who is keeping his newest acquisitions, the Guardians of the Galaxy, as prisoners. Guests will board a gantry lift which launches them into a daring adventure as they join Rocket in an attempt to set free his fellow Guardians. The epic new adventure blasts guests straight into the ìGuardians of the Galaxyî story for the first time, alongside characters from the blockbuster films and comics. As guests join Rocket in his attempt to bust his pals out of The Collectorís Fortress, they will experience randomized ride experiences complete with new visual and audio effects and music inspired by the popular film soundtracks. The epic Avengers Land at Disney California Adventure, offers powered-up attractions, heroic encounters and legendary experiences. Attractions include WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy—Mission: BREAKOUT! When you’re on an urgent mission to fight hunger, make your way to Pym Test Kitchen for delicious food at unusual scales, made using the revolutionary shrink-and-grow technology of Pym Particles. Here, you’ll find a menu packed with inventive-sized dishes, teeny tiny treats and more!

 

6 | A Wild Jungle Cruise Adventure

For decades, Disneyland’s Jungle Cruise attraction has offered riders a humorous adventure through wild tropical terrain via boat. But the behind-the-scenes “Imagineers” have plans to switch things up a bit—don’t worry, the ride will still deliver the witty jokes and animal puns we’ve all come to love from the skipper. The Adventureland attraction will feature a new comical backstory that follows the journey of a group of explorers who’ve set off into the jungle…with plenty of peril in tow.

 

7 | Character Meet and Greets Disneyland Reopened

Beloved Disney characters will be part of the magic as the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen April 30, 2021. Characters from dozens of favorite Disney stories may be spotted waving and playing across Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. They may even pop up posing in the background of selfies. To help maintain physical distancing, certain experiences that draw large group gatherings – such as parades, stage shows and nighttime spectaculars – will return at a later date. Get up close and personal with all of your favorite Disney characters and snap a few selfies. Expect to see Mickey and Minnie Mouse waving from the train station and Disney princesses appearing at the Royal Theatre. At Disney California Adventure, Pixar pals may wave from the bandshell stage at Pixar Pier, and you can snap a few photos with Lightning McQueen along Route 66 in Cars Land.
