This upscale eatery features Chinese, Japanese and Thai culinary components crafted into the menu. Go for sushi, small plates like Thai crab cakes or full-sized entrees from the land and the sea, such as the miso-glazed Chilean sea bass or aged-prime sirloin and broccoli. Hang in the lounge or retreat upstairs to the nightclub (open Thursday through Saturday) with several full-service bars and over-the-top bottle presentations. You never know who’ll see—Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian and Diddy are just some of the celebs spotted over the years.

STK is just Las Vegas’ fancy way of saying steak. Named one of the ‘Top 100 Hot Spots in America for 2017’ by OpenTable, STK embodies everything that represents the city.
