Shop Local Favorite OC Weekend Activities

I’ve loved supporting Mother’s Market and Kitchen this year. The Liver Cleanse, cold-press juice and the raw garlic hummus with fresh veggies are my favorite snacks! The staff at Mother’s Market is always friendly, their produce is amazing and I love the products they carry.

Home Away From Home

We love to staycation at The Rowan in Palm Springs, Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Lido House in Newport Beach and La Casa del Camino in Laguna Beach. Each resort excels in hospitality, style and amenities. We can take our kids or go alone, and it’s always amazing. We love to eat at local and family-owned restaurants whenever we go on staycations.

Foodie Favorites Favorite OC Weekend Activities

Other than SOCIAL, you can find us at Olea most often. Their signature crispy Meyer lemon and honey duck wings are spectacular! Andrew and I love so many restaurants in Orange County. Since we do date night once a week, we have a good rotation of restaurants we love to dine at. Kevin at Olea makes every dining experience wonderful!

Breath of Fresh Air  Favorite OC Weekend Activities

I love hiking the Newport Beach Back Bay; it is magical at sunrise or dusk. It’s my meditation spot, where I trained for my half marathon and also where I take the kids to enjoy some fresh air. It’s where I run to when I need to breathe and break a sweat in the open air.

Creating Greatness

Owning a restaurant is thrilling! You have the creative ability to say “yes“ to new dishes, drinks, playlists and decor. But witnessing people enjoying it, making memories, posting about it—that’s my favorite part. We often go back to our “why” to see if the next decision we are making is in line with our mission and purpose. That clarity is gold for us.
