Look for wood floors throughout, cool fixtures and finishes–the latest trends are everything to buyers these days! With that being said, it’s best to find a property with aesthetics that are both trendy and timeless.

Hire a professional! An agent who has sold many homes and loves what they do will put you in a win-win situation and likely a situation with immediate equity.

Trust me, you need more than the Zillow app. I’ve seen buyers cost themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars by not having proper representation. I often clean these messes up!

Wish List: Lesher has had his eye on eight classic homes in the Newport Beach area that he has known for a long time that he lusts over. “One day, one day!” he exclaims.
The Go-To Realtor: There are no other careers for Lesher, even when asked if there were any other careers he might have instead—it’s always been real estate. “I am made for real estate,” he stated.
