Practicing any type of method of yoga is a great way to become healthier in both mind and body. All this talk about the benefits of yoga classes has made Orange County a hot-bed for studios. Each place of practice has its own specialization, making it easy to find the right fit for your zen needs. We know that weeding through studios can become overwhelming, so we’ve rounded up a few of our favorites around town. Each of these studios are very welcoming to beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.

Ra Yoga

Ra Yoga prides themselves on being an “all-inclusive” yoga studio. They have several types of group classes, private yoga instruction, yoga therapy and even morning childcare. This eco-friendly heating system is healthier, more comfortable and more hypoallergenic than a typical convection heating system. Ra prides themselves on not being a corporate entity. They cater to all levels of yogis and offer a first week free trial.
