From their appetizers and drinks to their sweet-tasting dessert, Five Crowns’ new summer menu has your taste buds covered, with flavors ranging from salty to sweet. Summer Sip

If you’re looking for a drink that embraces summer, look no more! Aptly named the Summer Sip, this cocktail is perfect for the season. On the Seafood Diet. See Food, Eat Food.

Main Dishes

Seared Salmon

In the summer season, it’s seafood’s time to shine. On the summer menu, you will find no shortage of delectable dishes from under the sea, including the seared salmon. Served with zucchini, eggplant, piquillos peppers, pine nuts and aged balsamic, Five Crowns brings their own twist to a classic favorite.

Squid Ink Pasta

Let’s face it—pasta is great in any season. Take a break from traditional marinara or alfredo sauce and dare to try the Squid Ink Pasta. The black linguini may look strange, but served with the lobster, charred corn, thai bird chili and white wine, you’ll easily order a second serving.

Sides

Sweet Corn Succotash

Anything with corn is more often than not, the perfect choice when it comes to vegetables.

This side pairs with any meal to make it feel, and taste, like summer.

Broccolini

A cross between broccoli and Gai-Lan (Chinese broccoli), this thinner and sweeter broccoli makes a perfect side. This summer vegetable is a must-try while it’s in season!

Room For Dessert? Always.

Desserts

Chocolate Blackout Cake

Chocolate cake may seem familiar, but you’ve never tried a chocolate cake like this one. This Five Crowns dessert is served with malted-vanilla buttercream, toffee-salted popcorn and coco nibs, making it a sweet and remarkable dessert that will heighten any chocolate cake standard you have.

Peach & Blueberry Cobbler

Savor the summer heat with something sweet and fruity. Five Crowns’ Peach & Blueberry Cobbler will satisfy your sweet tooth! Served with a vanilla biscuit and sweet corn ice cream, the cobbler is certainly something different, but makes for the perfect dessert—delicious, satisfying and most importantly, unique!
