The new Red O Taste of Mexico, located across from La Jolla’s Westfield UTC, has the solution. The Modelo Michelada gives customers that famous zing of a Mexican bloody mary with the addition of an ice cold beer. A michelada’s flavor reflects the true origin of its name, mi chela helada, which means “my cold beer.” Modelo Especial forms the foundation and is complimented by salt, lime, ice and a mixer of your choice, creating an unforgettable concoction. Garnish to your liking and find a new favorite!
Summertime in San Diego calls for Taco Tuesdays under the sun of America’s Finest City. Enjoy your ice cold Red O Modelo Michelada with tasty deals that happen on a foodie’s favorite day of the week. With mouthwatering $3 select tacos to bite into, and your new fave drink to sip on, you’ll feel like you escaped on a Mexican vacay without leaving town.
Preparation:
Rim a 12 oz. glass with salt and pepper mixture
Add Tomato Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Bloody Mary Mix, Tapatio and lime juice in the glass.
Add Modelo Especial
Garnish with a salt and pepper rim and a lime wheel
