Summer nights bring balmy temps and the option to wear a tank top and shorts pretty much every day. They also conjure the urge to spend more time outside soaking in all that warm-weather goodness. The District at Tustin Legacy knows how much you want to capitalize on the sultry season’s care-free days—coconut soft-serve and pressed juices, anyone?—which is why they are kicking off their free Summer Concert Series July 7.
Every Saturday through August 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. near AMC Tustin 14, a variety of performances will take place, filling the air with some sweet, sweet music, catering to every taste. Be it country or reggae, your favorite genre will be on deck. Here is the breakdown:
July 7
This LA-based songstress is ready to get your booty moving to the music. She is a fan of contemporary tunes, ranging from R&B to pop and jazz.
July 14
You’ll get a taste of some classics with this group. Think Simon and Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers, America, Seals & Crofts and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Rock on!
July 21
Are we in the Jamaica or Cali? Get transported to a tropical oasis via the Caribbean sounds of Einstein Brown & Sapadilla.
July 28
Is there anything more quintessentially Cali than some soulful beach grooves on a late summer evening? I think not!
August 4
Terry Wollman and Melanie Taylor Band
With incredible vocals and some killer backtracks, we think we might be sore the next day from dancing so much!
