Monday

Lofty Coffee Encinitas

Starting off with a coffee at Lofty Coffee Encinitas to get the week started. A double latte just to make sure we get through Monday! Then we’ll head into our HQ in Carlsbad and get things going.

Tuesday

Equinox

Tuesday Blues? We try to stop by Equinox for a workout to survive the work week. We’ll typically snag a Turkado with the famous sweet and sour sauce while we visit and chat with our team and customers at our Board & Brew locations throughout San Diego and Orange County.

Wednesday

Fish 101

Craig always has breakfast with his dad every Wednesday, while I stop by Fish 101 for a poke bowl—the staff is always rad and it’s always filled with good vibes. After that, we’re usually stacked with meetings.

Thursday

Equinox round two for a workout. Then we’ll get a coffee and head into the office. Lately, our days have entailed a lot of meetings surrounding our new concept Casero Taqueria located in Carlsbad. Super stoked on this!

Friday

Del Mar Pizza

Finish off the workweek strong and make sure we’re tee’d up to enjoy the weekend! Del Mar Pizza for Dinner. Best thin crust pizza on the West Coast! Plus the ocean view patio isn’t bad either.

Saturday

A day all about family. Clayton will run to dog beach with his dog, Ollie, and his wife. I’ll watch my oldest daughter play soccer before heading to the park. Then it’s Las Olas for lunch and The Land & Water Co. for dinner.

Sunday

Seaside Market + SkyDive San Diego

Football, skydiving, surfing—the activities on Sunday are endless. Skydiving is a top priority right now and the SkyDive San Diego crew is always on point! After a long day in the sun and water, we will go to Seaside Market for some dinner and grill something up at home in Carlsbad.
