Monday
Monday is my day off so you might find me with my kids at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park in our hometown of Escondido, taking in the wildlife and enjoying some quality family time.
Tuesday
Before I head back to work, I like to squeeze in a walk on the Valley Center Nature Trail. This one-mile path is a serene way to start my day.
Wednesday
Wednesday is the perfect day to taste the local flavor. SR76 Beerworks—the only tribal-owned brewery in SoCal—offers craft beer created to capture the history of this region.
Thursday
When I’m in the mood for some serenity and pampering, I might spoil myself at the Valley Center Keys Creek Lavender Farm. Soap making, property tours and sipping tea are all treats to enjoy here.
Friday
On nights when I do get the chance to meet up with friends and enjoy some quality catching up time, we might swing by Hill Top Winery to enjoy some of the local vintage.
Saturday
On the weekends, I rev up our guests by the pool with guided yoga and water aerobics in the [morning]. The fun continues with games all day, then more music and fun ‘til into the wee hours.
Sunday
When I’m not hosting events by the pool, you might find me with my kids out at Lake Wohlford. Another scenic spot in North County where we can enjoy the great outdoors.
