The beautiful Villa Royale hotel will be hosting the adults-only New Year’s Eve Cocktail Club, featuring bartenders and pop-up bars around the hotel from Lightning Bar Collective in Portland, BAR in Palm Springs and KINDRED in San Diego. Festivities begin at 8 p.m. and tickets start at $75, which includes entry into the event, three cocktails, a midnight Champagne toast and raffle entry.

Morgan’s in the Desert will be hosting a night of dinner and dancing with a special, five-course, New Year’s Eve menu consisting of classic favorites like herb-crusted rack of lamb, chilled seafood and chocolate cake. Early dinner starts at 5 p.m. and is priced at $150 per person for first seating and $172 for second and third seating. Plus be ready to get your boogie on as the dance floor and bar will also be open from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Ready to dine your way into 2019? The New Year’s Eve dinner at Twenty6 will serve up some classic dishes to make you feel right at home while transitioning into the new year. Entrees include an updated twist on classics like the filet mignon with potato puree, roasted bone marrow and root vegetables in a red wine sauce or a winter chicory salad with fuyu persimmon, walnut croccantino and DOP gorgonzola. Starting at 5:30 p.m., early seating is $80 per person from 5:30-7 p.m., while late seating is $100 per person from 8-9:30 p.m.
