I work from home (in Carlsbad) on Mondays. Equinox is my go-to spot. I sweat out my weekend toxins! I do the elliptical for 45 minutes and hit the weights—a must is the steam room!

Tuesday | Alchemist | Spa Kingston Healthy Living San Diego

First things first, I get my Alchemist vitamin shot at ALCHEMĒ to boost my energy for the upcoming week! After a couple of meetings, I go to Spa Kingston in Banker’s Hill for their signature Red Carpet Facial. I love to prep my skin for the week—it makes me feel rejuvenated!

Friday fun-day calls for beachside hot spot, Little Lion in Ocean Beach, and my favorite health salad, the Seafood Salad. Good food equals good mood (and the rosè helps, too!).

Saturday is self-care day! I visit Rebecca at Hyde-Edwards. I love sipping mimosas at this cool hip spa and salon in Little Italy. George’s famous amazing head massage and hair wash are a must!

Sunday | Choice Juicery

I hit the beach to watch my son’s volleyball game—Go Sage Creek Volleyball! Then, I’ll make my way to Choice Juicery in Carlsbad Village for the Citrulicious juice!
