It is also a locally owned business with a full bakery and deli case for lots of take-home goodies like yummy desserts and frozen pizzas to go.

So many places are adding healthy menu items that never lack flavor and inspiration! Obviously, I am a fan of kale, so any kale salad is a friend of mine! I love the Tuscan kale salad at Piero’s PizzaVino with grilled salmon. It has pine nuts, roasted garlic, toasted breadcrumbs and Pecorino Toscano grated on top! It’s a great lunch or dinner spot—very casual, but the food is upscale and artfully crafted.

The little kitchenette makes for a great sneak-away retreat or staycation with a friend or sweetheart. I especially love the bedding and decor—charming and understated.
