Celebrate National Rosé Day With Hello Kitty Rosé
Written By: Chelsea Raineri Hello Kitty Rosé
You know her. The pop icon with her famous red bow. Yes, we’re talking about Hello Kitty. Since partnering with Sanrio in 2016 to offer the the Hello Kitty Wine Collection, Antonello Ristorante & Enoteca Lounge in South Coast Plaza has received enormous praise, including accolades from true Hello Kitty fans! To celebrate National Rosé Day, Antonello offered guests a special gift—taking two things we know and love and combining them for the ultimate dining experience—a free bottle of Hello Kitty sparkling rosé with the purchase of any dinner entree on National Rosé Day.
This glorious holiday took place on June 10 and called for a one-of-a-kind celebration—and what better way to celebrate than with a glass of Hello Kitty rosé? Guests that ordered a dinner entree received a free bottle of rosé, but the free bubbly isn’t the only reason they stopped by Antonello, as the restaurant has been highly rated in the Zagat guide for years. This includes their signature Gnocchi, a ricotta dumpling made in-house with shallots, sweet basil, fontina cheese imported from Val d’Aosta and San Marzano tomatoes. If you’re more of a meat person, their Veal & Prosciutto or their Cowboy Steak, a grilled 20-ounce prime, bone-in rib eye topped with fresh herbs and organic olive oil and served with roasted potatoes and asparagus are incredible options as well.
Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, not that you would since the dessert menu at Antonello will make you forget you just ate a 20-ounce steak ten minutes ago. Everything from Grand Marnier Souffle to the classic Tiramisu, to Torta Della Nonna just like Nonna used to make with sponge cake, pistachio and chocolate mousse.
Whatever guests chose, they couldn’t go wrong with some authentic Italian food and a whole lot of rosé. So be sure to book your next National Rosé Day celebration at Antonello Ristorante!
