Bling! Bling! Hyde Park Jewelers Is Calling to Invite You to Their Annual Watch Fair Event at Fashion Island

Would you look at the time! Hyde Park Jewelers‘ Newport Beach 2020 Watch Fair Event is nearly here. And if you’re on the hunt for a luxury timepiece, you better make an appointment and attend this three-day event from Oct. 8-10 at Fashion Island. “This will be Hyde Park Jewelers’ 30th Annual Watch Fair at the Newport Beach location,” says Molly Blum, director of digital marketing. “The event originally started because we wanted to recreate the excitement of Baselworld and allow our customers to see all-new products and releases.”
What can be expected at a watch fair? Not only can you shop through an extended selection of new and limited edition models from top brands, including vintage and pre-owned watches, but there will also be a large selection of unique watch straps. You can even trade in your own existing watch for credit towards a new purchase. Not to mention, there is a gift with every watch purchase and special event financing available. “What makes Hyde Park Jewelers unique,” explains Blum, “is our selection of watches. Not many jewelers have our variety. We offer a range of high-end and even technical styles.”
Native Knowledge: All associates are required to go through brand training before going out on the floor, making them watch experts who are ready to answer all of your questions!
Although you can walk in, appointments are encouraged to attend this exclusive event to ensure a member of the staff is available to help you. This year, Hyde Park Jewelers will be offering in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate everyone’s health and safety and will be following all government-recommended guidelines. All watches will be sanitized whenever they are tried on before being put back on display. Virtual appointments will be available each day of the event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and in-store appointments will be available each day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. With an in-store appointment, you can get the chance to speak with a brand rep via a virtual meeting!
Let the staff guide you through a personal viewing of the world’s best watchmakers and see a range of limited editions and new designs. Each day will feature different brands, so be sure to make your appointment accordingly. Day one brands will include Breitling, Panerai, Nomos Glashütte and Roger Dubuis, while day two brands will include IWC Schaffhausen, Omega and Tudor. Day three brands include Grand Seiko, Jaeger LeCoultre and TAG Heuer. “What makes this event so great is that we will have an extended collection available with more products than we usually have to offer,” says Blum. “Pieces will be out on display that you usually cannot see the rest of the year.”
