Colorful Easter Buffet in the Ballroom

The whole family will be delighted with the bountiful selection of Easter dining at Fashion Island Hotel’s Easter in the Ballroom. The Egg-cellent Bar offers omelettes made to order, scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, breakfast sausages, potatoes and classic brioche French toast. The Bagel Bar features open-face warm brunch sandwiches like lobster salad, smoked salmon, avocado burrata and Nutella and bananas. There will be a Seafood on Ice display, Cheese Bar and a Kabob Bar with chicken and tzatziki sauce, mixed seafood with lobster cream sauce and seasonal vegetables with mint chimichurri. Savory entrees and sides include Herb-Roasted Prime Rib, Honey Roasted Ham, Chicken with preserved lemon and parsley mashed potatoes and Melange of Spring Vegetables. Sweets by Pastry Chef Andy de la Cruz don’t disappoint with Fruit Flambé, Strawberry Lemon Cupcakes, Carrot Bundt Cakes, Pineapple Cheesecake, Macaroon Baskets, Chocolate Pot de Crème, Lemon Bars and more. And, a selection of kid-friendly sweet and savory favorites will be available.
