French Quarter in the Gaslamp Quarter Collaboration Dinner
Pendry San Diego and Louisiana Purchase are bringing big tastes from The Big Easy with two of San Diego’s culinary talents Executive Sous Chef Brandon Sloan of Provisional Kitchen and Chef Quinnton “Q” Austin of Louisiana Purchase. The two chefs will collaborate to bring the bold flavors of New Orleans to the Gaslamp Quarter and a three-course tasting menu paired with artisanal cocktails from Remy-Cointreau, showcasing a variety of their skilled palates. Menu highlights include garlic chili butter prawns, smoked pork belly, crispy breaded frog legs with soft shell crab and okra and corn cakes.
