Food for Thought
Let’s be honest: it’s not really a party if there isn’t a killer menu! Taste some of the most popular dishes and local favorites from Greater Palm Springs restaurants like Chula Eatery, Twenty6, Stuft Pizza and Morgan’s in the desert. Chula Eatery will be serving up white corn and queso fritters, avocado shrimp cocktail and pulled pork sopes, while Twenty6 will be bringing its delectable pan-seared sea scallops with spinach puree and oyster mushrooms. Be sure to keep an eye out for the tomato bruschetta and ahi poke bites from Stuft Pizza as well as the date-braised short rib with stone-ground polenta from Morgan’s in the desert!

Modernism Week isn’t just the event of the year, it’s also a nonprofit that works 365 days a year to educate, preserve and help sustain the midcentury architecture and design that has become so synonymous with the Palm Springs lifestyle. In addition to the annual Modernism Week events, they also provide scholarships to students of architecture and design, as well as help support local preservation groups throughout the state.
