From retail shops, salons, art galleries, bakeries and small restaurants, pop-ups have been seen all around town. For those foodies out there, these temporary eateries provide the perfect opportunity to test out a new place and rely usually on social media to create buzz. Occurring in unexpected places, for a limited time, pop-up restaurants allow chefs to showcase their talents to a wider audience and gain mass appeal. Here are four upcoming LA food pop-ups that are a must try.
