The Famous New York Pop-Up Bar Is Bringing the Christmas Spirits to Anaheim

The wildly popular Christmas pop-up bar, Miracle, has made its way to Orange County! This isn’t your average Christmas bar—this is a Christmas bar that feels like you’ve been transported right to the middle of the North Pole. Head on over to The Blind Rabbit, Anaheim’s neighborhood speakeasy, for the most festive cocktail bar in town. Cue Jingle Bell Rock.
Miracle, the magic behind the beloved holiday pop-up bar, was founded in 2014 in New York City and has since expanded its concept worldwide. The company transforms restaurants and bars into a Christmas wonderland—think extravagant festive decor, twinkling lights strung in every direction, holiday-themed drinks and the good ol’ classic feeling of Christmas spirit. Ying Chang-Adamson, accountability orchestrator, says, “We were in New York City last year, and the owner [of Miracle] invited us over to talk about collaborating with The Blind Rabbit. It was a perfect fit for us.”
Chang-Adamson explains that the pop-up provides a type of ‘escapism’ to people. Forget the stress of holiday shopping and end of year tasks and take an evening to enjoy the festivities! Miracle brings in a drink menu of their own as part of the pop-up experience; choose between cocktails such as the Run Run Rudolph, Bad Santa and Snowball Old-Fashioned, served in Santa Claus themed glasses!
But wait—the holiday spirit doesn’t end here. Just down the street from The Blind Rabbit is Sippin’ Santa, the companion of Miracle, which is popping up at Strong Water. Sippin’ Santa is a holiday tiki-themed pop-up. Different cocktails are available such as the Kris Kringle Cocktail, Don and Victor, or the Jingle Bowl to share with a couple of friends. There are only 27 locations in North America to have the Sippin’ Santa pop-up, and this is the very first time it has come to Orange County.
