7:30 a.m. | La Jolla PCH Road Trip

The best part of being up early is the open road and the opportunity to utilize the engine in your Revero GT, going from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. After your own adrenaline rush slows down, watch surfers catch a few waves at La Jolla Shores Beach. Compared to most of the La Jolla beaches (which are tucked into gaps between rocky points), this one extends to over one mile in length. You can’t start this road trip without breakfast, so you head to Cody’s La Jolla. The traditional eggs Benedict is a classic that will not disappoint, as it’s teamed with the applewood-smoked bacon for a breaky rich in flavor. Javi’s maple nut granola is the perfect choice if you want to keep it light for the ride ahead.

Native Knowledge: Cruising has a whole new meaning in the Karma Revero GT. The Karma’s wide wheelbase and four-wheel suspension create an effortlessly smooth ride, with a customizable leather interior that’s just as smooth. Choose from 11 standard exterior colors to create your own California dream car.

10:00 a.m. | Carlsbad

Start to drive north and you’ll notice you’re just minutes away from the Insta-famous Flower Fields (open March through May). Walk along trails and feast your eyes upon the nearly 50 acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers or take a wagon ride around the garden. Take a piece of the garden with you for the ride by stopping at the on-site Armstrong Garden Center to purchase fresh-cut flowers from the fields. As you get back into your Revero GT, you pause to appreciate the way the Bodega Bay Blue exterior looks against the field of flowers; it’s like it was made for this.

12:30 p.m. | Laguna Beach

Continuing the drive up the coast with the windows down, the sandy brown Crystal Cove leather interior and the salty ocean breeze will make you want to get your toes in the sand. Take a pit stop at Victoria Beach, and make your way down the stairway. If you’re feeling adventurous, hike onto the rocks to see the Victorian La Tour Tower that was built in the 1920s. Just up the road is Skyloft, a rooftop restaurant and lounge with the perfect view to keep the ocean vibes while you dine. Seafood by the sea is a must, so try the ceviche for a refreshing app and follow it with the salmon in a black cherry glaze.

Native Knowledge: Even with its progressive exterior build, the Revero GT did not cut corners on safety. This Karma features anti-lock brakes with panic brake assist as well as emergency braking. And a total of eight driver and passenger airbags, including knee airbags and full-length side curtain airbags, keep you and your loved ones safe.

2:30 p.m. | Newport Beach  PCH Road Trip

Time to show off your car as you pull up to the valet at the Lido Marina Village. The Revero GT is in electric mode, but it gives a slight hum to warn pedestrians of its presence—as if heads weren’t already turning to see your sexy ride! The shops along the inlet range from fashion and home to specialty goods. A short walk along the Lido channel will bring you to Cannery Seafood of the Pacific. Head to their lounge area and order the Cannery Roll, which is a sushi roll with fresh tuna and unagi.

Native Knowledge: With its recently opened dealership in Newport Beach, Karma is already making a lasting impression with its video wall and its airport service—any Revero owner is offered storage and a shuttle service to John Wayne Airport.

5:30 p.m. | Santa Monica

On the road again, and traffic starts to pick up as you near the Santa Monica Pier. Not to worry, though, because you have the latest ADAS technology on your side, monitoring blind spots and emergency braking just in case. Pull over and take a ride on the iconic Ferris wheel at the end of the pier. Once you’ve fulfilled your tourist duties, head to the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel for a bite to eat. Choose between the dining experience at Ocean and Vine or the full-service bar and kitchen at Barbelle.

7:30 p.m. | Malibu Surfrider Beach

You’re nearing the final stop of your trip up Pacific Coast Highway, and of course, you want to spend it on the beach. There’s a lot going on around you as you drive between the coastline and the cliffs of Santa Monica, but thanks to the noise-canceling interior, you can enjoy your cruising playlist in peace. Just up ahead you spot a small pier. This is Surfrider Beach, popularized by surfing movies in the 1950s and 1960s; now home to the picturesque Malibu Farm Restaurant. The modern farm-style décor juxtaposed to the crashing ocean waves is the perfect way to end this road trip.
