“The agent should be educated on loan options so they can guide buyers to loan programs and lenders that are experienced, and have buyers’ best interest in mind. Only an experienced agent would know that.”
Learn to Love the Good and Bad of a House
“It’s a good thing to walk in and love a house, but no house is perfect. A seasoned agent can point that out to the buyer. It’s important to be able to visualize your perfect house and have a quiver of vendors that can help when needed.”

“Making sure your buyer’s offer is put together well, with all the right boxes checked and supporting documentation. Communication with the listing agent is key and making sure the lender is in the loop; also supporting buyers from start to finish as this is an emotional process.”
