Established in 1965, Woody’s Wharf is a staple in Newport Beach with a long line of amazing history. The property was originally owned by a longtime, local fisherman named Woody Payne. He used the property to fix and store boats before coming up with the idea to open a local eatery. Today, Woody’s is owned by four friends and is one of the best dining spots in the area. Its outdoor patio is located right on the harbor, where Woody himself used to catch their fresh fare and makes for the perfect atmosphere for any meal.
