I love chocolate and always go to ChocXO to stock up. They’re the only bean-to-bar chocolate maker in OC. The single-origin chocolates are amazing, and I can’t get enough of the espresso bar.

Yoga keeps me centered and strong. I fit in at least two classes each week, and they’re the best hours of the day. CorePower has great instructors and studios all over OC.

Urth Caffé is my favorite place for a weekday power lunch. Their Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad is the perfect balance of healthy and indulgent, and their patio is a nice place to enjoy the sun.

I actually like to stay late at work on Thursdays. Laguna Art Museum hosts lectures, films and performances on Thursday evenings, so it’s a great way to get my culture fix.

At the end of a busy week, I’m ready for a treat at Dolce Gelato. They make everything in-house with natural ingredients, and the themed flavors of the month are as clever as they are delicious.

One of my favorites for a Mexican dinner is Javier’s. I always have the same order—guacamole for an appetizer and then Spinach Enchiladas. The ambiance and views of Crystal Cove put it over the top.

My Sunday Funday is most often at Disneyland. I love the classic rides and fireworks, and there’s always something new to see. Who doesn’t like a Mickey-shaped ice cream bar and a Main Street parade?
