Mark your calendars because this neighborhood open-air market is only open two Thursdays per month from May through September. Enjoy this year’s movie series from your car or at Fault Line Park. East Village is hosting drive-in movies as well as movies in the park! Watch a film on the big screen from the comfort of your own vehicle, and be sure to snag some tasty bites from City Tacos or CrunchTime Popcorn and Ice Cream. If you want to attend movies in the park, you and your crew will be provided a sanitized tarp to sit on to keep damp grass from soaking through. Bring blankets to stay cozy!

Root for the Padres and don’t miss East Village Bites & Brews—a fun-filled day of food and drinks—on Saturday, June 5 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The tasting ticket for this festive event costs $25 and will be available for pick up at the East Village Association booth the day of the event. Participating restaurants will each showcase a unique, delicious food and beverage pairing. This exciting event is perfect for foodies and hop-heads, as it will highlight some of the city’s best restaurants and craft breweries.
