San Diego to Rancho Mirage: 122 miles
Orange County to Rancho Mirage: 106 miles

Before this property became what it is now, it was Desert Air Hotel & Resort, designed by notable architect H.L. “Hank” Gogerty in the ‘50s. The hotel was so beloved amongst the Hollywood stars that a few, including Bob Hope and Cary Grant, were present at the groundbreaking of Omni Rancho Las Palmas in 1977. Today, the resort pays homage to its Golden Era roots with a golf course, tennis courts and—of course—lots of pools to dip into.

Don’t Miss Out: Omni Rancho Las Palmas’ Escape and Save offer helps you save 15% off of your midweek stay when you book for two or more nights.

Lookin’ Good

Want the quintessential Greater Palm Springs experience? Omni Rancho Las Palmas guests can enjoy the resort’s lush, green lawns, a view of larger-than-life mountains and brilliant sunsets speckled by palm trees. And while this destination will definitely beckon you outside, we think you’ll fall in love with your room’s classic California-chic decor.

Splish, Splash

There are lots of ways to cool off during a sunny desert day, and Omni Rancho Las Palmas has thought of them all! For sunbathers and quick-dippers, head to the main pool or the lazy river. For kids, head over to Splashtopia for water slides and a sandy beach—if that’s not your scene, you can traipse over to the adults-only Azure Pool. And if you’re seeking the ultimate serenity, we recommend the relaxing Spa Pool.
