During February, there’s an ever-so-indulgent Chocolate & Roses Facial that uses a mixture of rich cocoa oil and sweet red rose petals, blended with lemon and honey, to leave the skin looking radiant. The crème de la crème Cupid’s Couples Retreat is a romantic side-by-side massage with a customized blend of sandalwood, rose and jasmine aromatherapy oils followed by Strawberry Bellinis and chocolate covered strawberries in the couple’s suite.

Aviara Spa’s Healthy Hour puts a wholesome new spin on happy hour. Check in for an Aviara Bliss Massage (traditional Swedish), Deep Pacific Massage (deep tissue) or Freshly Picked Organic Facial (a tailored treatment using botanical products) on Monday through Thursday between noon and 3 p.m. Each 50-minute service costs $135, excluding tax and gratuity. Be sure to mark those calendars for Wellness Wednesday, when extended Healthy Hour pricing runs all day on the first Wednesday of each month.

Every spa service purchase comes with access to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort pool area, where stunning Pacific panoramas and views over the nearby Batiquitos Lagoon await. Body treatments include a must-try Mango Enzyme Wrap and Bora Bora Body Polish & Body Bronzing package with South Seas organic spray tan. Services are fully customizable with extras like the lip plumping therapy facial enhancement and a hot peppermint oil scalp treatment massage add-on.
