OC Restaurant Week Is Back and Better Than Ever

It’s the best time of the year for local OC foodies—that’s right, OC Restaurant Week is back! From March 7-13, your favorite restaurants are offering crafted menus and cocktails for takeout or outdoor dining. This past year has affected the hospitality industry in numerous ways, so there is truly no better time to support and celebrate your local restaurants. Here’s where we’re headed and what we’re ordering during OC Restaurant Week (click here to see all of the offerings).  

 

1 | Hermosa Taqueria OC Restaurant Week

Price: $20 lunch menu | $20 dinner menu
Highlights: Start with soup, then choose between shrimp ceviche or Hass avocado guacamole and chips and finish with any two of their speciality tacos made with hand-pressed tortillas. Oh, the best part? Unlimited margaritas!

2 | Cafe Sevilla OC Restaurant Week

Price: $50 dinner menu | $60 family meal menu
Highlights: Cafe Sevilla is bringing the fire with a four-course, dine-in dinner that includes a wine pairing flight. Enjoy tapas and paella at home with their takeout offering, and don’t miss out on the featured cocktail: The Orange Royale.

3 | Avila’s El Ranchito

Price: $15 lunch menu | $60 family meal menu
Highlights: This $15 lunch includes soup or salad and your choice of tacos, enchiladas, Baja bowl or chingolingas for a midday pick-me-up! They are also offering a date-night dinner package and takeout family meal. For the featured cocktail, sip on the raspberry margarita or the Mexican mojito.

4 | Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ

Price: $50 dinner menu
Highlights: Lucille’s is offering a three-course meal that includes your choice of onion straws, fried pickles and BBQ rib tips, baby back ribs or southern fried chicken and a delicious dessert to share. Dine in or pick it up to enjoy at home. Their featured cocktail is a Cherry Blossom—made with Maker’s Mark, Heering Cherry Liqueur, vanilla syrup and lemon juice.

5 | Luna Rossa OC Restaurant Week

Price: $20 lunch menu | $40 dinner menu
Highlights: Expect authentic and delicious Italian food at Luna Rossa. A two-course lunch and a three-course dinner will be available as well as a family take-out meal (feeds 4-6 people) for $100. Their featured cocktail is a Margarita Italiana, so you can totally pretend you’re on the coast of Italy!

6 | Five Crowns OC Restaurant Week

Price: $50 dinner menu
Highlights: Head to this beloved CDM restaurant for a three-course meal and their two featured cocktails: the Maker’s Mark SideDoor Old Fashioned and the Licor 43 Carajillo.

7 | Prego Mediterranean

Highlights: Caprese salad, hummus, prosciutto wrapped asparagus and wild salmon—need we say more? Dine at this beloved restaurant for a decadent lunch or dinner.

Highlights: Dine outside in their gorgeous courtyard area or order takeout or delivery. You can enjoy dishes like avocado gazpacho, wood-fired roasted local fish and apple cinnamon churro donuts. Add a glass of Jordan cabernet for $18!

Highlights: Your next dinner date night has to be here! For $50, the two of you can dine in or pick up takeout. Choices include ginger lemongrass popcorn chicken, coconut crusted tofu steaks and pineapple upside down cake, just to name a few.

Highlights: Change up your takeout this week and pick up The Halal Guys. This spot serves authentic American Halal food—think hummus, gyros and falafel.
