Nadine is a psychotherapist based in Manhattan Beach. You may know her as being portrayed by Margot Robbie in the Wolf of Wall Street, The Duchess of Bay Ridge, now known as Dr. Nay, has become a well known licensed psychotherapist with over eight years of marriage and family therapy under her belt.

Gilena Simons and Jamie Leonard: Owners, Blossom Atelier

Anne Conness was the chef, partner and co-founder of South Bay favorites, Tin Roof Bistro and Simmzy’s and is now owner and chef of Sausal in El Segundo. Sausal, meaning “willow” in old Spanish, is named for the vast farmstand that once encompassed much of the South Bay, Rancho Sausal Redondo.

Sarah is the founder of a non-profit organization, GirlTalk LA. The focus of their events is to network and meet other talented, like-minded women while engaging in conversations and topics they are passionate about, all while giving back to a good cause and being a part of our movement for women supporting women.


Christy Grenert, General Manager of Salt Creek Grille

Christy’s strong attention to detail has led to an increase in sales and overall customer satisfaction, which in turn, helped gain the El Segundo restaurant one more full star on Yelp. While the restaurant industry is predominantly male, she chooses to ignore the stigmas and focus on hard work and dedication. “I will say, ” she adds, “I have never seen a male carry a tray of prime rib in heels like I do!”
