Christina Pancheri, Executive Chef at Miss B’s Coconut Club

At Miss B’s Coconut Club in Mission Beach, Chef Christina Pancheri is bringing true Caribbean food to the shores of San Diego. It wasn’t until Chef Christina moved to South Dakota that she uncovered her passion for cooking and thought to develop her talent by pursuing a degree in the culinary arts. One month prior to graduation in February of 2013, she was hired at kitchen 4140 in Clairemont where she was truly transformed into a chef. In early 2016, Christina jumped on board the Caribbean Express to become the executive chef at Miss B’s Coconut Club, where she cooks up the ultimate tiki-inspired dishes.


Rachel Hunt, Owner of Wild Dove Boutique

Wild Dove the new chic boutique located in downtown San Diego. Its owner, Rachel, aimed to fill a void in the city’s boutique scene with her urban clothing and accessory shoppe. Hunt did just that by opening up her doors this past May. She hunts for items for her store locally and up and down the California coast.
