Pure Barre’s musically driven group classes will keep you on your toes with high-intensity, low-impact movements that build muscle and enhance flexibility. A combination of ballet, Pilates and yoga, Pure Barre is a feel-the-burn exercise that is designed to boost endurance and keep you shaking during the entirety of your class.

If you’re new to this fitness experience, the Free Foundations intro class is a must-try. Not only is it a smaller group setting, your instructor will also introduce you to the simple movements at a steady pace. To celebrate Pure Barre’s 13th year of revolutionizing barre fitness, each OC location invites you to come by on March 5 to enjoy free classes, brunch bites and huge raffle giveaways. Pure Barre owner Monica Grubin invites everyone to take advantage of this celebration while giving the barre technique a try. Whether you’re new to this workout or a regular, Grubin encourages everyone to partake in one of their free classes, as its versatility is one of the great selling points. “I love that a 20-year-old can be in class with a pregnant woman and someone in their 70s, and they are all taking the same class and getting the same great workout, but at their own pace,” Grubin explains. And if you’re feeling nervous about going alone, bring a friend! With over 800 members, the Pure Barre community is as friendly and encouraging as it gets. Pure Barre OC Anniversary

Of course, Pure Barre’s 13th anniversary doesn’t end with free classes. There will be tasty treats and the chance to win huge raffle giveaways! From Nekter juices to irresistible Sidecar Doughnuts, all four OC Pure Barre locations will be offering coffee and breakfast nibbles. Don’t forget to enter in raffle giveaways, where a few lucky people will win goodies or gift cards from some favorite brands, including MantraBand, Rise Coffee, Spiritual Gangster, Nux Active, Purps Energy Drinks, Ola Mexican Kitchen, Healthy Meals Kitchen, Saunatica and Haute Cakes.
