Monday’s are reserved for myself and the wife, dinners out, movies and friends. We love grabbing sushi at our local spot in Scripps Ranch called Kappa Sushi.



Dinner at Grandma’s! Whether it’s my mom or my wife, Esper’s, mom, nothing beats a home cooked meal and having someone there to entertain the kids so I don’t have to eat standing up or shovel food into my mouth! #noplacelikehome



Encinitas Community Park for scooters and playgrounds. We will usually go to Whole Foods in Del Mar and let our son Jayden pick out what we want to have for dinner and then we go home to prep and cook together.



Ramen Thursdays…..our new favorite spot is Rakiraki Ramen & Tsukemen on Convoy. My son loves the ramen but what he loves more is getting shaved snow from Iceskimo across the street.


Breakfast at Nomad Donuts. It’s a good way to get the creative juices flowing. Next it’s off to the Children’s Museum.



Little Italy Mercato Farmers Market in the morning, shopping for flowers for Mom, cookies for Jayden and fresh seafood and veggies for dinner.  We usually head over to the Waterfront Park for a picnic of samosas and fruit that we picked up at the market.



Dog Beach in Coronado no matter what the weather is like! We let our dog, Rocky, run around the beach while our son plays with his construction toys in the sand.  We usually love to go to Leroy’s for lunch and then head down the silver strand into Imperial Beach to D K CHE Fruit Salads and Smoothies for fruit smoothies and my favorite chamangos.
