At Bull & Bourbon, expect a diverse and hand-selected menu of bourbon to be expertly paired with steaks cooked to perfection on a custom wood-burning grill. If you thought it couldn’t get any cooler, the steaks will be cut from their in-house butcher program and from their on-site aging room.

The totally dreamy outdoor venue will include an expansive pool deck complete with comfy daybeds and cabanas, a menu with fresh, seasonal bites and an expansive lazy river for ultimate chill vibes. But who says play has to come after work? If you thought you couldn’t have the best of both worlds with a killer career in all of the action at a luxury casino, we’ve got some good news for you. These new concepts are going to need some amazing professionals (150 to be exact) to fill their team, and that could be you! Get ready for your close-up! They’re hosting two weekends worth of casting calls for you to land the job of your dreams. Weekend one starts January 15 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sycuan. The second week’s Job Fair will be held at the US Grant Hotel in Downtown San Diego on January 21 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., January 22 from noon to 7 p.m., and January 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
