Kick off your holiday festivities at this Independence Day celebration hosted by the City of Coachella on July 1. Starting at 6 p.m., enjoy a night filled with music, various food and drink vendors, carnival rides and games, activities for the kids to enjoy and more. Seal the jam-packed evening by watching a fireworks extravaganza!

Civic Center Park’s Fourth of July Fireworks

Palm Desert’s Civic Center Park is hosting a Fourth of July celebration that you do not want to miss! Bring your family, blankets and chairs to enjoy an evening filled with live music and fireworks. The fun will begin July 4 at 7:15 p.m. with the National Anthem, followed by a performance by the Swing Cats Big Band. And that’s not all! Beginning at 9 p.m., a 25-minute firework extravaganza will commence!

Palm Springs Stadium’s Post-Baseball Game Fireworks Display

Take part in the yearly tradition of spending the holiday watching a Palm Springs Power baseball game followed by a fireworks display! The game starts at 6:05 p.m. on July 4, so make sure to bring drinks or snacks to munch on. The stadium opens at 8 p.m. for free admission to the fireworks show that begins at 9:15 p.m.!

Native Knowledge: Not into baseball? Have a picnic in the park instead! The ball field is in  Sunrise Park which gives you an array of other things to do as you wait for the fireworks.

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s Annual Fireworks Display

Celebrate Independence Day early at the Eagle Falls Golf Course on Tuesday, July 3 and experience a free fireworks show! The Cabazon Band of Mission Indians and Fantasy Springs Resort have teamed up to welcome you, as well as your friends and family, to enjoy fireworks that blast off at 8:45 p.m. accompanied with music on radio station The Eagle 106.9. Get comfortable by bringing folding chairs or blankets to sit on.

Cocktails, barbecue, valet parking…need I say more? Spend Independence Day with AAP-Food Samaritans at the historic O’Donnell House. On July 4, starting at 7:30 p.m., party all night long dancing and having fun! Tickets are $150 per person which includes drinks, food and parking. To top it all off, enjoy a fireworks exhibition that starts at 9:15 p.m.!
