Trevor’s at the Tracks Is the Place to Dine This Spring…Here’s Why

Cheers to Spring and Fresh Cuisine at San Juan’s Railway Restaurant!

It’s spring, and things are finally looking up! Get outside and enjoy a delicious meal at the one and only Trevor’s at the Tracks. Located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, Trevor’s at the Tracks sits inside the historic train depot, which dates back to 1894. The shaded courtyard patio is an ideal spot to relax, sip your favorite drink and listen to some live tunes from local Southern California musicians (seven days a week)!

This season, Trevor’s at the Tracks is offering a decadent new menu based on their motto, “locally acquired, globally inspired.” Some new additions to the menu include Russian Reuben Sliders (made with Chef Joseph’s famous smoked corned beef, Cali kraut, Emmental Swiss, Russian dressing and fresh-baked rye slider buns), Blue Bacon Brie (hickory smoked turkey breast, pecan wood-smoked bacon, savory brie, arugula, avocado blueberry aioli and a toasted artisan roll) and Truffle Mediterranean Pizza (herbed EVOO, feta and mozzarella cheeses, black truffle salami, sun-dried tomatoes, five olive blend and micro arugula).

 EXP 6/7

Locally sourced ingredients are used as often as possible, and the restaurant works with local vendors like The Ecology Center and West Coast Prime Meats to ensure they’re sourcing the best quality ingredients right from their backyard. A few other dishes to look forward to include Shrimp Diablo Pasta, Beets by J Salad and Calcutta Curried Veggies. In addition to the new food items, they also have a fresh selection of garden-to-glass cocktails, local beers and California wines to choose from. Next time you’re stumped on where to dine—or you’re simply looking to get out of the house in search of a relaxed setting and some escapism—this is the spot for you.
