This Farm Table Dining Experience Has Brains and Beauty

Want a little food for thought? Or, how about some thoughts with your food? Engage all of your senses at a dinner hosted by Two Farmtables And A Microphone (2FTAM), where you can enjoy farm-to-table meals and insider knowledge from guest speakers in a variety of industries including technology, culture and entertainment. With a family-style setup, guests will not only share in the experience of a community dinner, but also in fostering new connections and ideas.
Begin the night with appetizers and pairings (dietary-restricted friends: be sure to note if you’re vegetarian or gluten-free when you purchase your tickets!), made from the freshest ingredients thanks to participating regional farms including Cyclops Farms, Earthtrine Farm and Two Roots Farm. Guests of all ages are welcome, but if you plan on enjoying the drink selections—and we suggest you do—be sure to bring your ID.
You’ll be digging into cuisine crafted by 2FTAM’s team of expert chefs including Monica Little, Clark Staub and Chris Stanley. Monica Little, a SoCal native, started her love for food with baking, later moving her passion to more savory flavors. Clark Staub opened his restaurant, Full of Life Flatbread in 2004 in Los Alamos, California where his incredible pizza dough endures a 36-hour rise while his other ingredients are sourced from small farms, ranches and independent producers. Chris Stanley grew up in Hawaii and is an expert hunter and fisherman who loves to share his own Island-Style Wild Game cuisine.
More interested in thought without the food? For most venues, you can purchase a speaker-only ticket so you can skip the grub and go straight for the speech. For those that want the whole experience, some events offer VIP tickets that can include exclusive seating by the guest speaker, drinks and goodies. Regardless of how you want to experience the evening, you’ll be in for a one-of-a-kind night of thought-provoking conversation, visionary ideas and filling eats.
