Monday: Celebrate the coming week at Good Luck Bar. I’ll order the “Good Luck” cocktail and request a cute glass. I recommend the “Potent Potion.” It’s the strong house special with spiced rum, pineapple juice and more, served in a ceramic coconut, of course!

Tuesday: Tuesday can be the toughest day of the week, [but] an outfit from Worship LA always makes me feel good! It’s my favorite vintage shop in Echo Park with the coolest sunglasses and unique designer finds!

Wednesday: Head to Solar Return for a shot of sweet color—instant happiness! This dessert boutique is mostly known for its rainbow vegan cheesecake, but I’m hooked on their organic popsicles.

Thursday: If it’s a heavy work week, I need a pick me up by 2:30. Time to get down to Lucky Wheels Garage and treat myself to my favorite latte. It’s a full-service coffee bar next door to the DIY motorcycle garage, a real cool place to hang out!

Friday: TGIF! Forget about cooking dinner and order a pizza from Town, a quality, handmade pizza joint with gluten-free and vegan options. My favorite is the Mushroom and Rosemary with pesto. They have a fantastic selection of beer and wine on the menu, too.

Saturday: I love rock ‘n’ roll, and Teragram Ballroom is the place to go on Saturday night. I’m a Ty Segall fan, and this is one venue he’s known to play, and usually does a double show since they’re always sold out. It’s standing room only, but you don’t need a seat when you’re there to rock!

Sunday: Take the kids out to Bob Baker’s Marionette Theater to sing along with the dancing puppets! It’s been around since 1963 and is the oldest children’s theatre company in LA. The children are mesmerized by the colorful marionettes.
